Cancellation : Your appointment is very important to us we understand that schedule adjustments at times are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation in less time of your schedule service could result to a cancellation fee.

Late: Please alert us if you are going to be late. Late appointments of 15 minutes or more may result in not being able to receive all the service that was scheduled or may need to be rescheduled, a cancellation of service fee may apply. A missed or no show will be considered a cancellation and will be charged.
Children: For your child safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guest, no children under the age of 12, unless they are scheduled for service.
Color: all 1st time hair color service must have a color consultation prior to service to ensure proper booking.
